Using Waybill Scheduler

Waybill Scheduler is used to post proof of delivery data to your web site and pull down on-line orders.

Run WB_Scheduler.exe on a server or computer that is on all day.

Loading Image Files
You must be licensed to use this product.

1. Check the Scheduler's Settings POD Upload tab for the 'Local Image Directory'. This will be where images must be stored.
For example c:\pod

2. Scan waybills or print forms to PDF format. Save them in the 'Local Image Directory' ( c:\pod). Save the file as the Waybill number + .pdf

3. In the Waybill program, open the Order Number

4. Click on the Image Link icon (to the right of the Order Number).

5. Browse your computer to find the saved PDF file. This links the PDF to the correct waybill.

4. Run WB Scheduler to upload the files. Check your web site to verify that images were uploaded.

A Sleepy Face means the program has not been started.
A Happy Face means the program has been started and is running smoothly.
A Sad Face most likely means there is an internet connection issue.
